Description Of the NG Peripheral driving thickener

Product Details:

The NG thickener is a kind of peripheral driving thickener with roll wheel. It’s usually adopted by large-scale thickener. In the event of skidding of running roller due to overloading, no special safety device is required. Generally, the pool is concrete structure. In order to charge motor, annular nodes is fixed in the central support. The current collection joins with sling ring are connected with the arm brace, and the current is introduced to the motor though these joints by the cable laid on the arm brace.

Remark:

1. The roller has small friction, if the track is frozen or overload, the roller is sliding, so it is not suitable for cold regions and large amount of high concentration ore pulp.
2. Steel pool can be provided according to users requirements.

Product Details:

The type of GX high-efficiency thickener is semi-high efficiency without flocculating agent added. Compared with common thickener, it has the following structure features:

1. Long intermediate receiving barrel; a large-diameter receiving tray arranged at the bottom; uniform, stable and smooth feeding.
2. A venting storage tank is arranged for eliminating air bubbles in the ore pulp, which has a large processing capacity and increases underflow concentration.

Remark:

1. The performance is better than the common thickener when it is used without flocculating agent.
2. Flocculating agent adding device requires a separate order.
