BR series Plate heat exchanger sterilizer is applied in beer industry to heat and cool materials. The flavour of beer will be retained. It is necessary for asoptic filling line .

We can design the plate heat exchanger on the basis of heating , sterilization , holding time , and cooling .

The plate heat exchanger can be controlled by digital automatic controller and is safeguarded. The accuracy of the controlled sterilizer temperature can be reached up to +/-0.1°C. It should be cleaned by CIP . This plant had heat recovery stage and saves energy , heat exchanging efficiency can be reached to 90% . The customers enjoy it .
