Characteristics:
Equipping with 7 axes and 3-axes linkage CNC system, satisfying various requirements of multi-blade superhard tool electric spark machining. The CNC axes compose of AC servo motor, precision ball screws and precision linear guide, ensuring 0.001mm accuracy control. Frequency conversion variable speed spindle, with X, Y CNC axis and tool holder, can complete online turning of disk-shaped copper ( or graphite ) with diameter of 50~200mm. The surface roughness of the electrode can be below Ra0.8. Specific CNC numerical control system, containing the discharge parameter expert database, and provides automatic, manual and other processing methods, userfriendly, and ensures stable and efficient electrical discharge machining with process. Specific pulse power supply circuit in ultra precision machining, it can be applied in PCD, PcBN cutter(Ra<0.2 )grinding Full closed structure, smoke exhausting device, multi-stage insulation, multi-layer protection, ensure the long life of the grinder.
