Toothpick MachineComponent Part:

The machine line consists of wood material slicer, wood-wool shape former, wood-wool ruler fixer, toothpick ruler fixer, put toothpick in order, toothpick nib, multifunctional blade sharpener, and toothpic kpacking machine.

Toothpick Machine Applications:

1) The wood machines is for production for toothpick which are including toothpick with two-end sharpen, and toothpick with one-end sharpen and the other carved.

2) The dry wood material can be shaped in advance into specified size which Length is 140cm, 105cm, or 70cm and Width is 6cm and Thickness is 3.5cm by band saw or circular saw. And then put the material into wood toothpick machine to slice and to shape wood wool.

3) The general size for wood toothpick is Φ 2.2mm and 65mm in length.

4) For toothpick with two-end sharpen, production capacity is 1 million toothpick every 8 hours; For toothpick with one end sharpen and the other one carved, the production capacity is 0.5 million every 8 hours.

5) The operation needs 7-8 works.

6) If you want to double capacity, you can buy two toothpick nib.
