Raw material Mill is widely used for grinding(drying plus grinding) cement raw materials or other materials used in building material, metallurgical, electric power ad chemical industries.

1. Sorts and features:

(1). Common raw material mill It is the same with diminutive and medium-sized grinding cement raw material system, often use in the circularity grinding system with select powder outside the mill.

(2). Air-swept mill The feature of Air-swept mill is short and thick, large neck-doameter of enter and emerge-material shaft, big area of the partition wall’s aperture between dry storehouse and grinding storehouse, no fine-toothed comb board on the rail of the mill, so the resistance of the aeration is small, the wind speed in the grinding storehouse can reach 5m/s,in a position to a mass of high-temperature.

There is drying store house in the mill’s forepart; it has very good dry effect. Raw material go into the front of the mill, the returned material from select-powder machine goes ino thick-grinding and fine-grinding storehouse form the forepart and end-part. The material comes out from the middle-part, delivers into select-powder machine with upgrade machine. A majority of material goes into the fine-grinding storehouse and the rest goes into the thick-grinding storehouse.
