1.Main Features:

Automatic core loading and replacing. The logs are automatically pushed out after finishing winding, and then start winding again. The cores can be adjusted to any size of cores within one minute.

After finished winding the roller pushed out automatically. It’s adopt machanism arm pusher to push the roller out. The minimum diameter of finished roll is 60mm.

Automatic trimming, gluing and sealing: it has replaced the traditional sealing of rolls with the international popular trimming and sealing, which can have 10-18mm tails to facilitate to start pulling out the paper. At the same time, it can greatly cut down the wastage of the paper, thus to cut down the production cost.

Advanced PLC programmable control technology: the winding profiles can be tight at the beginning of winding, and then getting loose, to avoid the problems that the cores are loose from the rolls after long time storage.

Automatic detection of paper break and paper wrap up: to guarantee the high quality of the finished rolls even in the high speed operation.

Coreless rewinding system has changed the traditional mathod to take out the core to make with quality solid coreless roller. Reducing the manpower.

With high precision screwy perforation knife. With 4 perforation blades to make clear perforating. The perforating pitch controlled by gear box.

Three backstands, pneumatic jumbo roll loading, and pneumatically wide belt paper unwinding driving, and individual web tension control unit for each jumbo roll.

Point to point embossing unit: the paper are embossed on both sides and feel softer. It make embossing more clearer and better. The finished rolls compared to the same diameter rolls with less paper.

The web can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons. It’s more safety and easier to feed the web.

Part 3 Packing machine:

It will automatically group the rolls and transfer them into the bags,

It can be requested to pack 6,8,10,12,16 and 20 rolls per bag, on one layer or two layers.

After arranged well, the toilet rolls will be pushed into middle bag by cyclinder.

The bag will be sealed in the machine directly.

This packing machine can be operated by one person only.
