The brief introduction of tyre pyrolysis machine

The component of 6th generation machine mainly includes auto-feeder, reactor, catalytic chamber, horizontal heat exchanger, oil-water separator, oil tank, vertical condenser, horizontal condensr, anti-back fire device, vacuum device and dust remover.

The reactor decides the whole machine’s service life. Our machines use the Q245R or Q345Rboiler steel plate as material, the two material are high temperature and high pressure resistant.

3 Fuel:

The fuel can be fuel oil, heavy oil, coal, fire wood.

4.Feeding Inlet

The 6th generation machine has two feeding inlet, the big feeding inlet diameter reachesto 1200mm for the whole tire into reactor, no need to cut the tire into pieces, the small one is720mm for more amount. We use 12pieces rip plates welded on the outsideof reactor to strengthen the weld place between inlet and reactor, which can assure thereactor’s life longer.

5.The Insulating Layer

The 6th generation machine, the insulating layer is designed to whole thermalinsulation layer of heat preservation. The reactor insulating inner layer is made oflevel 1 aluminum silicate rock wool and refractory concrete material, outer layer ismade of arc steel plate, not only good looking, but also well sealed.

6.The bottom of the reactor will slowly heat by fuels (wood,coal,charcaol or electricity).The temperature reaches 150--200°C, we can get the oil gas gradually and when the temperature reaches 400°C we can get most quantity oil.

7. Safety system

Safety system: there are water seal tank in the set of plant, they can prevent gas back steaming and clean the aste-gas to make the plant more safety.

There are safety alarms in the temperature gauge and pressure gauge.so when the temperature and pressure is abnormal, the alarms will ring. then you should do some safety precautions in time.

8 Delivery time:

We will delivery the machine within 25days after receving deposit.

9 After-sale service:

1) The warranty time: we guarantee the main reactor 5years, other parts one year expect the wearing parts.

2) Beyond the warranty time, if the buyer need the seller's technician to repair equipment, the buyer should provide the accommodation and round-trip ticket.
