On the basis of the multifunctional configuration of YD-E Equipment , combined with the development needs of the present customers , the economic ZY-G automatic reminder we developed are widely used in papermaking field.

Main Features:

1 ,Adopted advanced computer programming techniques PLC , the finished products can reach different tightness levels which tight first and loose second. Solved the problem of paper core loosen if the finished products stored for a long time.

2 ,No adjustment among the different levels , every function is independent .

3 ,To put the pipe through manual work (no irruptive of steel pipe), save time and strength , the special pipe-putting equipment saves floor space of pipe storage , the machine resets at once after finishing rewinding.

4 ,Pneumatic adjust the tightness of finished products rewinding, keep the same diameter ,adjust the tightness at will.

5 ,High accuracy helical soft knife and low noise with four knives made the punching more accurate , the adjustment scope of the gear-box becomes bigger.

6 ,Three layers of horizontal unreeling stands and pneumatic broad belt do paper -feeding , each group of paper shelves has independent tension control installation:
