Over view :

The way bay structure is made of heavy steal section. The wash bay is fabricated in such a way that the angular surface helps to widen the treads which help in removal of dirt from threads.

Customised Tire and under chassis cleaning systems can be designed for specific mining applications for Caterpillar, Komatsu,Liebherr,Haul trucks and earth moving equipment.

The Tire Wash system is equipped with hi-tech GSM technology for online diagnosing and rectification of the machine.

Features :

The structure is manufactured from structural steel and painted. The nozzle banks are placed on the sides underneath, and across the tires. The infrared sensors are placed at the entrance and exit to sense the presence of the vehicles. Electrical switch box is provided near the pumps.

When the vehicle approaches the tire wash system, the entry side infrared sensors, sense the approaching vehicle and switch the water pumps ON. Vehicle is slowly driven through the tire wash system area. When the vehicle completely moves out of the wash bay, the exit side infrared sensors sense the vehicle leaving the wash bay and switch the pumps off after a preset time delay.

The used water is collected at the bottom and flows to the drain water tank near the wash bay. The sludge can be removed by scraper or separated by using settling tank.

The equipment is available in four varaints.

TW166 - 1 : 25 hp

TW166 - 3 : 100 hp

TW166 - 4 : 150 hp
