1.Features:

1) Filter plate and filter frame use reinforced polypropylene material, formed by grinding and pressing once. Its strong point is huge strength, light weight, strong resistance to corrosion, acid, alkali and salt, innocuity and insipidity;

2) The automatic pull plate device is controlled by hydraulic system, so moving quickly and working steady;

3) In order to support weight of filter plate and strong press produced during filtration, the complete set of machine frame is applied huge strength steel structure;

4) Using hydraulic device as hydraulic mechanism of pressing and loosing plate. The Max. pressure is 31.5 Mpa. And automatic pressure holded filter press use pressure gauge of electricity touching point to realize.

5) In order to confirm forming the best condition of filter cake to proceed pressing and filtration, recessed plate filter press Max. work pressure is 1.0 Mpa; Plate and frame filter press Max. work pressure is 0.6 Mpa. We can also manufacture all kinds of filter which is over 1.0 Mpa according to user’s requirement.

6) Easy to operate and save labor. Operator may operate the button on the controlling board to realize necessary action. In order to protect the operator’s safe, our electric appliances system install safe device.
