The common faults and solutions:

1. The machine adopts intelligent controler, it will stop working if any installation error appears. so pls install it in accordance to the vedio guide.

2.If there is something unusual , pls press the " emergency stop switch" on panel in time and restart the machine, if it is still unworkable, pls contact the dealer or the company 's technician.

3.The fixed parts, rotating parts of this machine are designed with non-maintenance. Contact wth the dealer or shopkeeper from whom you if needed.

4.If the rice spreaded unevenly or any cutaway of rice sheet apears ,pls coated oil properly on cutter knife, Knife block and hopper after the machine switch off.

5.The machine's warranty is 12 months, subject to the date of invoice or receipt of sales.( After the warranty period, the maintenance will be changed by customer themselves. Pls use original package to avoid damage in transpotation.)
