Hi-Tech design automatic pipe, tube or bar chrome plating line. Matt nickel/ shining nickel/ chrome process including cleaning, acidising and final protector coating. Pipe is moving straith through galvanic baths. Diameter of the tube from 16 to 32 mm, or square 16x16 - 25x25 mm. Possible lenght of the pipe from 1500 to 5000 mm. Automatic loading / unloading. Productivity up to 750 meter of any size pipe per hour.

Disassembling - 2 weeks, assemmbling 2 weeks. Maintenance with spare parts replacement will be done during assembling. Very good condition, lifetime - more than 10 years.

Chemicals could be EU or China made. Crome III-valency (non-cancerogen) is used. Line is covered with ventilated roof, no polution inside workhouse and slight polution outside - no fenced-off area due to EU and Russian ecological standards.
