General fault solutions:

1. When the machine in working, it do not stop work while the extra has screws

Pls adjust the sensor in reasonable position, adjust the circle board sensor intensity and adjust its position to ensure the vibrating speed is not too fast lead to the screw shaking

2.When the machine works the extra has no screws but do not vibrating.

Pls adjust the sensor intensity reasonable to ensure the sensor intensity is strong enough.

3.The vibration motor works good butthe feeder meterial is not steady or do not feeder the screws.

Pls keep the gap between the vibration and the front board within 0.5-1mm to ensure the protect board between the vibration 0.5-1mm and check that whether there is unformal.screw get

4.The screw feeder alarming.

Wether the turning position of the screw feeder stucked by something ,or electric machinery troubles overload lead to the electric board in short circuit then the machine alarming.

5.The brush do not swinging.

Please check the reducing motor and transmiting work whether in good condition, whether the turing position is nimble.

6.The Material retaining hook cann't block the screws.

Please check that whether the meterial retaining hook fall off or not. or the small set of the hook was lost or not.

7.The two motors do not work.

Please check the power connection whether in good contidition.whether the electric board have troubles,whether the motor works good and whether there is screws get stuck the

8. The screws always get stuck in the slideway .

Please pay you attentation that whether the slideway diameter bigger 0.1-.03MM the screws, or whether the gap between pression board and screw within 0.3MM.or please check whethe

Using Notes:

The slideway daily maintenance: Pls use alcohol clean the slideway inside position.

The transmiting position maintenance:Pls pour grease into the machine every three month.
