Machine

Disc and bottom mould rotation is transmitted by conjugate cam mechanism, which gives easy and smooth yet precise positioning of heavy load.
The bottom pressurizing structure is designed with U type flexible pressing seat, which can secure the boot mold firmly at free state and ensure products free of burr.
Water cooler is fitted to the center of the disc to give cold water or refrigerated water to the boot bottom mold with temperature control, allowing good molding of product and reduce the cycle time and increase the capacity of machine.
The clamping mold hydraulic cylinder is of universal structure ensuring the balance locking force to molds, so to extend the service life of the mold and the clamping hydraulic cylinder.

Mold

The mold of boot equipped with heating and warming device to allow easier injection and filling .
The mold of boot equipped with blowing device to facilitate the disengagement of boots from molds.
Fast change device reducing the time for mold change and increasing the capacity of machine.

Control system

The machine operation interface is in most advanced color contact control, which allows the monitor of data displayed for matching with the default value.
It displays the point of abnormality to minimize the time for repair, and the down time, allowing the operator to man the machine in the optimum operation conditions.
There is mold molding parameter memory module, reducing the molding parameter calibration and re-entry during the mold change.
2 sets of voltage regulators are installed to protect the PLC element in the control box and on the disc, so to prevent machine failure and to extend service life.

Safety device

The machine will stop moving when there is mis-aligning of molds or operators touching safe-door device, so to ensure operators’ safety and serving life of molds.
A mechanical safety key is fitted to the opening of mold to prevent it from accidental closing.

Products : specially designated to manufacture different height one and two color full plastic boots or shoes
Material : suitable for all kinds of thermoplastic raw material, foaming or non-foaming, such as PVC and TPR.
