1.Main stock line of automatic poultry equipment

Main stock line system is a complete set of automatic feeding system,including a material conveying pipe,silo,

hopper,auger,drive motor and a material level sensor.Main stock line is mainly used to deliver feed from silo to

the hopper in the poultry house.There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line,which can control the drive

motor on and off to realize automatically feeding.

2.Automatic pan feeding line system of automatic poultry equipment

Meat chicken disk type automatic feeding system consists of a driving device, a hopper, a conveying pipe,

an auger, trays, a suspension lifting device, an anti-perching device and a material level sensor.

The main function of the system is to convey feed from the hopper into each tray to ensure the eating of the

meat chickens and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor

to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.

a.The fan is Germany-imported mirror finished stainless steel,big volume,without distortion,no broken,

attractive and durable.(adopting aluminum fan blade in the past,which had some problems caused by

long time working of metal in the factory cooling,for example broken and air volume decreasing)

5.Cooling pad system

the surface.

6.Air inlet

100% raw material air inlet for poultry house

The air inlet usually stays in a close stage,the door can be opened to a needed angle freely according

to outer temperature.According to different situations,the air inlet can be opened at the same time or one

by one.This system can provide chicken enough oxygen and fresh air,and keep the temperature balance.

Dust,ammonia and carbon dioxide are eliminated and water vapor is removed from the air inlet.

7.Environment control system

This system saves the labor and the resources under the condition of assuring the optimum growth

8.Spraying and disinfecting system

This system effectively cools,humidifies,dedusts and disinfects the hen house(the temperature could be

quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes)
