The application scope of the pouch retort sterilizer:

The automatic pouch retort sterilizer can be applied to a variety of high temperature packaging materials,such as :

1.plastic & rubber container: PP bottle, HDPE bottle, PP can, HDPE can

2.flexible package: aluminum foil bag, transparent bag, vacuum bag, retort pouch

3.Glass container: Glass bottle , glass jar

4.Metal can: tin can . aluminum foil can

The basic principle of the pouch retort sterilizer:

1. Atomized sterilizing water can enlarge the heat-exchanger area,thus to reach an efficient heat-exchange.

2. Steam and atomized sterilizing water will directly exchange the heat in the autoclave.3. In order to set temperature, a small amount of circulating water will be quickly circulated.

The advantages of the F value detecting:

1.Observe the status of heat distribution inside the retort.

During the sterilization process, temperature and time of the process are adjustable.

2.Test the central temperature of products.
