Function

This machine can fully automatic weld the cylindrical bushing of automotive battery and process battery to a qualified depth of burn, after battery has finished the container and cover sealing process.

Machine operation process

After the battery is heat-sealed, it will be transported by the conveyor into the working area; it is automatically located and stopped in the place. The post burner head lowers down to the battery and perform the ignition, weld, extinguishing and cooling process in sequence. Upon completion of one cycle process, the finished battery will be automatically passes to the exit by the conveyor.
