1.two modes IHS, and dual speed on IHS. During IHS, lift down 2 secs first, then change to 1/4 of speed to touch workpiece. raise precision/protect retaining cap.

A, Auto Initial Height Sensing(IHS)

Torch Retaining Cap IHS and Proximity Switch IHS , Proximity Switch IHS is for cutting dirty/rusty workpiece, needing the Anti-Collision Fixture designed by HYD (breakaway kit ).

B, Anti-Collision Function

Both on Auto mode or Manual mode, when torch head touches the workpiece, THC automatically lift torch up to IHS height. So with XPTHC-300, user no need to worry about torch head crashing.

C, Freeze Auto Height Control on Corner Signal

XPTHC-300 would freeze Auto Mode on receiving corner signal from CNC system to avoid torch diving,

D. Set Pierce Time

Set the Button (Set PIERCE) to set Pierce Time. XPTHC-300 support Dynamic pierce on cutting thick material.
