1. Floating,sinking,and slow sinking aqua-feed can be produced by adjusting feed formulation and related parameters of expansion.

The complete line is mainly including 5 steps: Mixing system---Extrusion system----Drying system----Flavoring system--Packing system

1	Mixer/blender	With stainless steel machine body, it is used to mix the raw material like corn powder, rice powder, soybean powder, bone meal etc. and water as per the fixed propotion.
2	Spiral hoister	It is used to load the material from mixer to feeder or conditioner with single screw by the power of motor.
3	Feedextruder	To produce different feed pellets for animals through changing mould under the condition of high temperature and the function of extruder.
4	Air blower	Used to feed the material to oven and the height can be adjuatable according to the oven size.
5	Electric oven	It's with stainless steel net bag with double layer. The temperature can be automatically adjustable from 0-200°C. The roasting time can be adjusted by speed.
6-8	Seasoning line	Oil sprayer can spray oil etc. on the surface of pet food. Seasoning machine can be choosen to season the material with flavoring by different seasoning machine.
9	Cooling machine	Applicable to convey final products and cooling or convey to packing machine.
10	Packing machine	According to your request, the packing machine has different kinds.
