I.Feature

This machine takes small space-occupancy, low operating cost,moreover ,it’s able to stack 5 gallon bottled water 1 to 3 layers on request,(each layer 4*4=16 or customized)that make the transportation and storing more easy.The whole machine only need one person to operate ,easy and convenient,save much cost and labour intensity.

1.This machine adopts slide type feeding by the barrel own wieght,standby mode without power consumption,Very low energy consumption,built-insignaldetectiondevice could adjust the raising speed in order to keep same step with the finished products outputting

2.The raising system is newfangled design pneumatic type bottle clamping,don’t broke the bottleneck as well asshrinkfilm.no bottle droping, small gas consumption, stable operation.

3.The raising system adopts Linear bearing block connection structure which can make sure the raising speed steady,Accidental failure mechanical protection function.Could protect the machine effectively.

4.The stacking layer(1-3)could freely adjust on the touch panel meet different requirement .

5.Digitcontroltechniquedetecting and positioning to avoid the excessive use of positioning switch causes of the high failure frequency of faults ,bottle raising and releasing accurately. Servo System raising ,translation at high, low, medium, multiple speed operation(low speed clamping-medium translation-low speed putting down). So ,the entire operation process smooth and coordinated.

6.The machine controlled by PLC microcomputer,human-computerinterfaceoperation.the running parameter and motion process could be controlled by the touch panel,automaticly shutdown if any breakdown,failure warning,display the failure etc.

7.All Luffing positions are insatlledphotoelectricdetectionswitch. if detect abnormal phenomena immediately stop and alarm on running. effectively protect the operator and equipment safety.
