Meat Slicer BQPJ-II, which is controlled by PLC, is designed to cut meat products and none-frozen boneless meat lumps into pieces. Sliced products can be stacked in different ways at a preset mode, either single-by- single or stack-by- stack at a desired number of pieces. It is an ideal machine for bacon products.
