We professionally design and manufacture automatc loop making machine,integrating the advantages of Chinese, TaiWan and Japanese technology.

1. Structure and operation principe:

It consists of Hydraulic System, Mechanical Molding System, Control System, and Machine Body.

The hydraulic system clamp wire and send wire to mechanical molding wheels (adjust angles based on actual needs), press and curve into needed loops, cut, finish.

2. Characters:

1)Use single chip microcomputer control and touch switch, can adjust parameters based on needs; Can store 15 sets of parameters; Digital Show; efficient.

2) Use hydraulic motors to drive directly, torque 477 Nm, no need gear power, higher precision, input capacity is 2.2KW, stable wire running, fast and correct, can operate in 2 directions, easy to adjust.

3)Professionally designed and manufactured oil station, stable oil pressure, adjustable speed, use oil pump, oil pump motor and electro-magnetic valves from TaiWan.

4)Can set the product quantity, when the production quantity reaches set quantity, the machine will stop automatically and alarm.

5) Water cooling, to guarantee stable oil temperature, when weather is hot and long time operation, the machine still can work normally.

6) Application: Can automatically make round loop, half-round loop based on needs. If need to make square shape and oval shape of loops, only changing the molds will be okay.
