Components of Automatic Leveling Machine :

The leveling roller and multiple sets of support roller constitute the four-high roller structure of the four-high Automatic Leveling Machine .

• Straightening roller materials including 42CrMo, GCr15, 9CrSi and 9Cr2Mo are available in our company.
• Distribution box of this roller straightening machinery is homemade. The gear adopts 20CrMnTi penetration gear.
• HB four-high automatic leveling machine supplies manual adjustment and electric adjustment optional for customers.
• The handling of straightening roller includes quenched and tempered to stress, quenching (HRC54, HRC60), cold plate, stainless steel plate, and surface plated hard processing of leveling roller.
• This automatic leveling machinery is mainly applicable for leveling carbon steel plates and stainless steel plates.
• We mainly use manual or electric pump centralized lubrication for four-high automatic leveling machine .
• Our company provides ZQ standard, ZY-hardened and TR hardened reducers.
• The universal connecting shaft adopts automobile cardan shaft or metallurgical cardan shaft.

TECHNICAL SERVICE &. OPERATOR TRAINNING

1). Design examine

When designing and manufacturing the machines, manufacturer should be as per ISO9001 standard strictly to assure the system be performed effectively. According to contract requirement, to supply quality eligible, meet the professional design standard.

2). Operator training

During the installing and commissioning period, supplier arrange time to training buyer’s operator including operation, maintenance etc. supplier should solve the buyer technical questions about operation, maintenance and technics etc. Operator trained by supplier should do his commitment independently.

MACHINE QUALITY

Machine design and manufacture performsoccupation standardand comply with the requirement of quality, specification and characters herein this technical regulation.

Guarantee period start from the day the machine acceptance report signing. Period would be one year.

Technical documents which supplier in charge of furnish and handed to use should be consist with technical regulation, and throughout technical, technics, produce, installation and setting.

INSTALLATION, SETTING &. AFTER-SALE-SERVICE

1). Installation and setting;

Manufacturer is in charge of the machines installation &. commissioning. User is request for in charge of the round tickets &.boarding &. necessary salary of the engineers.

2). After-sale-service;

Manufacturer will in charge of the technical service for the whole using life of the machine.
