TITAN 1900 DH - Automatic high pressure hydraulic brick making machine for fly ash bricks, concrete bricks and sand-lime bricks production.
Titan 1900 DH is the biggest nrick machine we produce now up to present moment, we employ proven reliable design with cast frame. This is automatic hydraulic high pressure machine with double action compation which has 2 cylinders with 720 mm diameter which allows this machine to produce about 1200 tons of force on every cylinder. There are two cylinders - upper (1200 tons) and lower (1200 tons). Huge pressure helps us to produce more brick every cycle and it is also possible to use this machine for producing special bricks which needs super-high pressure.

So autoclaved sand-lime and fly ash - lime automatic brick production line is the best choise when you going to establish mass production of very cheap bricks. It is also very popular solution when you use fly ash as raw materials which helps to solve environmental problems related to the environmental pollution with millions of tons of fly ash which electric power plants generate every year.
Our machine uses double action compaction which is the best for high quality bricks and block production.
A double action press as its name implies has two slides operating along the same axis yet independent in their movements. In double action presses the second slide being an additional mechanism is spaced around the first original slide.
Double action compaction helps significantly increase density of the bricks due to adding second action from opposite side of the brick helps avoid forming of the so-called gradient in density which is the common problem for every single-direction compaction presses. It is especially important when when compacting bricks and blocks higher than 60 mm.
Double action hydraulic compaction presses are practically "gold standart" when you are going to achieve brick with good geometrical accuracy due to second puncheon helps avoid another problem which is very common for the single pressing brick making machines - bad quality of the bottom side of the brick which conctacting with pallet.
Compaction process in double action pressing machines is performed inside mould and between two puncheons which results in much better upper of lower surfaces of the finished bricks.
There are some other positive moments like possibility of hollow blocks and bricks production which helps to increase heat insulation of the wall and makes it a little lighter which yeilds to lower load to the foundation of the building.
