TITAN 120 HPCT high-speed top-quality compression molding tile forming machine employs the Japanese Mitsubishi PLC or Delta computer digital control configurations. Hydraulic system of the whole machine employs the original parts produced in Japan or imported from Taiwan to ensure continuous normal operation of the machine and make the quality of the whole machine to be of the same level of similar products at home and abroad.

TITAN 120 HPCT high-speed top-quality compression molding color tile machine is an automatic digital control color tile machine of a new generation. The machine makes tiles by compressing and filtering plastic concrete with high-quality moulds with a high pressure of 130T. Therefore, the finished products are of large density, great strength, advanced structure, and good rain and wind prevention performance; as well as with smooth surface and accurate dimension, and of top quality among concrete products.

Characteristic 1:four-pillar guide TITAN 120 HPCT high-speed top-quality compression molding tile equipment employs many advanced technologies. “Body” of the mainframe is free of welding and made of “cast steel”. Therefore, body of “mainframe” of the whole machine will not deform due to the “tension” generated by “welding”. (Note: for general weldment, tension can be completely eliminated after 6 months after the hot processing). The “pressure oil cylinder and main mould of the tile” of the mainframe will be tied on a 120mm “four solid hydraulic guide pillars” with “guide sleeve”. The “oil cylinder and main mould of the tile” runs up and down vertically and vertical deviation is not generated, which plays the role of absolute protection for the fragile main mould of tile, as well as extending the service life of “main mould of tile” greatly.

Characteristic 2:both the 1stand 2ndgeneration “automatic compression molding color tile machine” employs the “swing cylinder driving slipway”, the swing cylinder can be easily worn, impacted, and vibrate, which causing cracks on the tile and is the “bottleneck” of the 1stand 2ndgeneration compression molding color tile machine. However, the “four-pillar guide color tile machine” employs the “built-in oil cylinder in line” driving slipway (the so called magnetic suspension technology) and high buffering device to make the slipway drive stable, and therefore, it is a recommended “compression molding color tile machine”.

Note:by changing moulds, this machine can produce various main tiles, such as Spanish, tabulate, archaic Chinese-style tile, ridge tile, eaves tile, gutter tile, etc.. In the meantime, it can also produce various to-class color ground tiles, such as terrazzotile, and rinsing ground tile, etc.. Different tiles are of different styles, and surface of the tile may be polishing, embossing, and stone grain, etc., which makes design of roof of the building more personalized.
