Application:mainly used in food,medicine,chemical,cosmetic industry for different bottles cap screwing.

Our screw capping machine consist of two components:the base cap tightening unit and the cap sorting system with chute,and available in two kinds of cap feeder,one,waterfall style feeder,the other,centrifugal feeder.

waterfall feederare by far the most popular feeder for our automatic cappers because they serve as both sorter and cap elevator.with a floor level hopper to load caps from bulk,it is very easy to work with.however it is designed to work primarily with flat caps and depends on the closed end of the cap to be heavier than the rest of the cap which is not the case with all caps.works with caps from 8-110mm diameter.

Centrifugal feedercan feed caps that will not work on waterfall sorter,such as barrel caps and other specially caps.it is mounted on top of the tigtening unit so requires more ceiling height to have acess to the feed hopper,it was mainly for specially and more difficult caps
