Principle of operation:

South Nekon auto cupmask forming machineutilize principle of high temperature moulding and make the material firmly. This machine can automatic feeding ,forming,cutting and returned material,compared to tranditional manual feeding ,manual withdrawing of material and manual cutting ,it can save 3-5 workers for one set,andit can produce 30-36pcs per minute,adopt PLC system,touch screen setting,easy to operate,one machine just request one worker to put on the raw material and take out the semi-finished product,it improves the whole product efficiency.

Operating instruction:

Just put the raw material onto the feeding shelf,and withdrawing the raw material to the forming mould, press "start" button,and it will automatic running.
