1) The AutoAutomatic Folder Gluer, Carton Folder Gluer (Crash Lock Bottom, 4/6Corner) is adopted with strengthened single-side driving system, for steady running and easy maintenance.
2) The motor is adopted with infinitely variable speed drive and power saving. ·It is adopted double face tooth rod adjusting in operation, Upper and lower linkage, can be an adjustment in place, precise and rapid.
3) Delivery is adopted with several thick belts cooperation with shaking motor, ensuring continuous, exact and automatic feeding.
4)It is adopted two side of the high-speed grinding equipment, which makes the glue more stable, firmly and glued.
5) It offers two groups of the upper and lower gluing bucket, which is adopted with automatic adjusting vertically in gluing bucket, and teeth rods for adjusting horizontally, for easy operation;
6) It is adopted with touch screen, PLC controller, photo-electric counting, automatic sheet kicker.
7) Conveyor part is equipped with sponge belt, ensuring product quality, transversely paper platform and receiving paper box quickly.
8) The machine is able to 4corner,6corner, 2-folding, 4-folding with bottom gluing. In the pre-folding part, the firs fold and the third fold can be exchanged by 180 degree or 90 degree. The second fold and the fourth fold can be molded in 180 degree; the special design is also available.
9) It is adopted with Import high quality belt.
