Production Introduction:

EPE Foam Sheet Laminating Machine is a deeply processing equipment of EPE Foam Sheet/ Film Products, mainly used in surface of epe foam sheet/film. The material can be PE film, aluminum foil, plastic-coated paper, plastic-coated fabric, etc with the feature of waterproof, moisture proof, and good surface famishment. It’s widely used in the packaging of composite or wood floor interlayer, household appliances,fine china and so on.

PE Foam sheet to film laminating machine is designed to laminate polyethylene foam sheet to metalized polymer film or polyethylene film through a laminating roller heated by thermo-oil and electronic heaters placed inside it in to obtain optimal acoustic and thermal insulation,waterproofmoisture resistance.

Quotation:

1. Payment terms: 40% down payment by T/T, 60% balanced by T/T before delivery

2. The seller will arrange 3 engineers to install & test the machine and train the buyer’s engineers .The buyer should bear all the charges includes the international & domestic round air ticket, hotel ,visa and all the expenses in the buyer’s country .The buyer should pay each engineer USD60.00/day .

3 Delivery time: Within 75 working days after the receipt of the down payment.

4. Package: Export standard package.

5. Guaranty period: One year guaranty for the machine and 6 months for the electrical appliances.

6. Delivery: 2x40’GP and 1 x20’ container

7. Power supply: 380V, 50HZ, 3Phase
