This line includes: hoister, flavors sprayer, oil sprayer, and coating drum.

American Extrusion International coating tumblers are specially designed to apply seasoning to your bake or fry type product in a uniform manner.

Coating drums are manufactured to suit all capacity requirements.

Standard sizesrange from 8' length x 23" diameter to 11' length x 36" diameter.

All come standard with a stainless steel frame with adjustable legs. Motor, bracket, and oil spray pipe and nozzle are also standard.

Working principle:

Hoister conveys the puffed foods into the rollers, to receive oil and flavors spraying, thus enhance taste. Flavor sprayer to spray the flavors on the surface of puffed foods/snacks. It's very important procedure in making different flavor puffed foods/snacks. Oil sprayer: heating the edible oil to a certain temperature degree, and then spray on the surface of puffed foods, to enhance the color and flavors. Coating tumblers: makes puffed foods overturning inside, to catch more oil and flavors.
