Flask-less molding machine is designed for continuous production of medium and small size castings.

Horizontal Parting Automatic Foundry Molding Machine is suitable for batch production of medium and small size castings (gray iron,ductile iron and malleable iron). It has such features as high productivity, high precision, good casting quality, low noise, less labor cost,low labor strength,less space occupation and energy saving,etc.

Technical characteristic of horizontal Parting Automatic Foundry Molding Machine :

1. Automatic molding Line.

2. It uses injection molding technology which hing efficiency. The casting quality is better than other machine,and hardness is over 80.

3. The hydraulic and pneumatic system uses famous standard components. Key parts use original imported components to improve its reliability.

4. The main hydro-cylinder uses composite cylinder structure which simplifies whole machine structure.

5. It uses proportional valve to control hydraulic motion.

6. The hydraulic system has control function of mold closing force and pressure sensor, which guarantees synchronism of main machine and auxiliary equipments, and avoids crushing sand molds.

7. Mold closing precision is about0.1~0.14mm.

8. The bottom plate,side plate and top plate of molding cabinet use high hardness wearing resistant material which has long service life.

9. It uses auto control software which realizes automation and visualization of production, inspection, alarming and failure diagnosis. The software can keep synchronously updated with our new system.
