KUV series Automatic Exposure Machinery has many advantages ,such as even illumination, stable light power control and light wavelength and high vacuum extent.Suit for the web exposure of high accurate lines, microdots and high intensive web lines.

3. The light reflecting cover, we import German advanced material which could insure even illumination.
4. The light power control equipment, which controls the web exposure by light power rather than simply by the light absorbed time, ensures the exposure accuracy. It avoid a lot of problems accurately,such as web lines discrepancies, exposure insufficiently and line diameter distortion etc.
5. It set up with American none-oil and none-noisy vacuum pump whose vacuum extent can reach 680mmHg or over. Also we use American high-stretch 1.5mm cloth-pattern ultraviolet resist rubber, which is agingresistant and enables even and fast vacuuming.
