Automatic Empty Capsule Production Line

Process Flows circle:

take moulds → turn moulds → shelling → oiling → apply oil → glue on → molding → turn moulds →

enter into die-set → oven dry with constant temperature and humidity → take moulds.

Automatic Empty Capsule Production Line facility realizes the process flows above, adopt shelling machine to templated shelling, and

work automatically in whole work process. Through coordinate the operation of electronic,

compressed air and machinery, it will automatically send the moulds to each station that complete

the operation according the program, then the moulds will automatically dry in oven dry line with

constant temperature and humidity. When the moulds go out and cool down, it will use the shelling

machine to template shelling. Complete this process circle also means complete the produce

program of capsule rough.

Theoretical yield is 150,000 per hour, which means the yield of capsule main part is 75,000 per

hour, and the yield of capsule cap part is 75,000 per hour too.

The length of whole machinery is 17.8m with 1752 moulds.
