Function

The electric welder completes the through-the partition intercell connection welds of motorcycle battery.

Machine operation process

After the battery pass the polarity and short circuit testing process, the battery will be conveyed automatically to the weld working area. The battery is positioned automatically; the welding jaw moves downward to exact position and start welding process automatically. Once welding process completes,the jaw will move upward to original position automatically. If welding process works abnormally, the machine will alarm, and then the unqualified battery will be conveyed to rejection area automatically. If welding condition is qualified, the battery will be delivered by conveyor to next working station.
