Function

The electric welder completes the thru-the partition intercell connection welds for automobile battery (Din Type/ NS40 - N200), and Industrial Battery (500 Ah battery).

Machine Operation Process

After the battery passes the polarity and short circuit testing, the battery will be conveyed into the welding station. The battery is positioned automatically; the welding jaw moves downward to exact position and start welding process automatically. Once welding process completes, the jaw will move upward to original position automatically. If welding process works abnormally, the machine will alarm, and then the unqualified battery will be conveyed to rejection area automatically. If welding condition is qualified, the battery will be delivered by conveyor to next working station.
