Automatic copper foil slitting machine in packing and printing

Application:

suitable for slitting various paper, film and adhesive tapes.

Applicable to slitting paper,film and adhesive tape.

Features:

1.Rewind Drive: two rewind motors and one main motor form three motors driven, main motor separates rewind material, and rewind motor controls tension during operation to make product tension stable.

2.Main motor: Driven by connective 3 A.C motors, 1 for web feeding, 2 for rewind tension control which automatic increasing toque on the rewind shafts when the finished roll O.D is getting bigger.

3.Rewind Device: control panel with LCD touch screen for setting tension, length...etc. Central control is as PLC unit and on maintenace it can be communicated with our computer by telecome line for instant check and service.

4.Unwind Base: connected type with hydraulic core chunk can be equipped for efficientt and quick performance on jumbo roll change.

Optional Parts:

1.Trim Remove Device: can choose independent or connected method to rewind trim material, or use strong blower for non-adhesive material.

2.Web Guide: Suitable for slitting after slitting, can lever at printing line accurately to slit material.
