The materials for clay brick making machine:

1. Screw blade or rimer: standard carbon steel materials, rimer face adopt wear-resisting welding materials nickel-based alloy powder through the oxyacetylene welding technique spraying to improve its abrasive resistance. The hardness can reach52HRC-56HRC. It can repeat repair to reduce cost but improve the rate of utilization;

2. Mixer Shaft: with standard 45# carbon steel material, After thermal treatment processes, hardness can reach HB220-240.

3. Mixing teeth: With standard 45# carbon steel materialin, After thermal treatment processes, hardness can reach 45HRC-50HRC.

4. Inject lubricant into the machine mouth to reduce the clay-strip extrusion resistance to achieve the lubrication of the end machine. Use water or oil to get lubrication function.

5. Main electronic components of the application is Siemens brand products. Manual and controller on the box marked according to customer requirements shows in English.

6. Bearings used in the equipment adopt international standards of China famous brand: wafangdian, Harbin.

7. Adopt water ring vacuum pump with water medium.

Safty attention when starting clay brick making machine:

1. When starting up, any operator cannot be near by the operating position of machine. If needing oiling and repairing, they must be carried out in stoppage state, strictly prohibit oiling and repairing in starting up operation state.

2. Before starting up, inspect whether various protection facilities are safety & reliability. Eliminate different kinds of insecurity factors.

3. After off duty, cur off the power and lock up. In inspecting and repairing the machine. Cut off the power and lock up, too or listing suggestion for attention.
