Description For CIP System

•CIP system is total-automatic self-case unit, containing a water tank, an acid tank, a lye tank,some

necessary pumps,valves and a set of monitor devices, such as temperature sensor, density sensor

and liquid level sensor and so on.Technical not only supply customers a standardCIP unit, but also

manufacture a special CIP system following your special requirement.

•CIP system contains self-automatic control program,including completed cleaning process. The

program includes all-process cleaning program, acid cleaning program and lye cleaning program.

Both of the cleaning water and the dissolvent is acceptable for CIP system.

The temperature and the density of the cleaning water can be enacted and controlled accurately.

What is more, the density of the cleaning solution can be mixed automatically.
