Corrugated Cardboard Production Line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated cardboard.The 3ply,5ply,7ply,and multi-function corrugated cardboard production line mainly consist of the following equipment :Mill Roll Stand, surface paper(core-paper) pre-heater.Single facer, Conveying Span Bridge.Glue Application Machine, Double Facer.Slitter Scorer,Cut-off,Conveyer and Stacker.Heating System.Air compression system and Glue Making System,etc.The 3ply,5ply,7ply,and multi-function corrugated cardboard productiong line has high middle and low grade with different-specification and different-quality equipment. On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad, our company has developed and designed these production lines with the speed 150-220m/in;the paper width 1400-2200mm and four fluting UV type A,B,C,E for all the customers to choose from.

7	Double facer	520mm×22 pcs hot platesteam heated, 9mmodule,Intensive pressure roll-type, electric drive lift-lower as a whole. Cotton belt tensioned pneumatically, adjust tension of upper and lower belt. Active power-driven single-axis, frequency control.
8	Thin blade	Thin blade cutting machine adopt electromagnetic non-polar adjusting-speed motor drive,one level of V belt and chain transmitting, transfer the power to creasing wheel,thin blade and leading paper axis. Creasing wheel can axial move by hand,after ensuring the creasing position can tighten the screw in the creasing wheel. The down creasing wheel sometimes needs to turn the machine manually,after show the tightening bolt can axial adjust. .
9	Single blade NC. cutoff	Imported AC servo motor, blade roller server control cutoff; frequency control input and output paper transmission, automatic tracking of the production line speed; auto change order and storage more orders, made in Dongguang of Hebei province.
10	Glue-making Circulatory system	One unit ofglue mixing tank with stirrer,gluestorage system,gluerecyclesystem, automaticglue levelcontroler
11	Air-Compressor	Air-compressorstation is composed of 0.9m³/min 2 air-pressureunit1m³, 1 air tank, to supply aircontinuously at stable pressure
