Applicable Scope:

1.Glass container :glass bottle ,ceramic bottles ,

Working Principle:

1. A little amount of soft water is turned in to fog through the pumps and nozzles and sprays averagely inside of the autoclave.

2. The steam enters the autoclave directly to heat the fog to realize the required temperature.

3. The sooling water cools the products down through the exchanger and the sterilizing process is completed.

Features:

1.Directly heat,indirectly cool down,the cooling water quality is not restricted.

2.The pressure is controlled in subsection to ensure no package transforming in the processing.

3.The glass bottle and fragile package would not be broken when the temperature changes because of the soft sterilization.

4.PLC standardizes the sterilization.

5.The F₀control system is available which makes the sterilization more scientific.

6.Saving energy:reducing the cost of soft water and steam,accelerating the sterilization and shortening the time.
