The overview of the autoclave retort:

This autoclave retort is traditional water immerse autoclave. Hot water enters the sterilization pot from the hot water container and immerse the treated food immediately. Heat sterilization purpose is served. Then cool water enters directly to cool down rapidly and finish the whole process.
