AUTOMATIC AUTOCLAVE (FULLY AUTOMATIC - STANDART)

Autoclave diameter: 1400 mm, length: 2000 - 3000 - 4000 - 5000 - 6000 mm. It has a type of horizontal cylindrical and it is covered by glass wool fibers. Autoclave jaw will be manufactured from AISI 304 quality stainless steel moulding and the whole body and isolation sheet will be from AISI 304 quality stainless steel sheet. Three will be security arragement on the autoclave that prevents increasing the pressure while the cap is open and that prevents to open the cap before the pressure decrease to the level of atmospheric pressure. Every accessory on the autoclave including the rated and on-off steam valves, water valve, air control valves with pressure, manometer, thermometer and pressure prosestats will be commanded automatically. Autoclave is fully automatic with Siemens PLC system. Autoclave has 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 12 carts, 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 inside – 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 outside. Autoclave has a capacity of 1260 - 1890 - 2520 - 3150 - 3780 kg. while the carts inside is loaded.

The door will be manual. Cap gasket will be air swelling type.

When the door is open or close, PLC will warn.

Temperature, pressure and level of water will be shown by PLC.

Temperature will be controlled as °C, pressure as bar, level of water as %.

Every receipt will include 3 steps:First step heating, Second step stabilizing,

Third step cooling

Level of water can be controlled from the screen and stabilized. Running level, Minimum discharging level.

Water circulation pump will flood water into the autoclave by on-off valves. The power of the water circulation pump is 5,5 - 7,5 - 11 kw. Water consumption is 3317 - 4869 - 6422 - 7975 - 9528 lt/h. Steam consumption is 506 - 711 - 996 - 1241 - 1485 kg./h.
