Auto plate type sterilization equipment (liquid food sterilizer)
It can serve as dairy sterilizer, juice sterilizer, beverage sterilizer and other liquid food sterilizer used.
Plate type whole set sterilizing equipment for milk, dairy products, fruit juice, beer, drinks and other similar materials for continuous sterilization of liquid, so the material through the sterilization and cooling to prolong the shelf life of purpose. This equipment can be customized for materials, heating, sterilization, heat, cooling, combinations of different technical requirements for system design to meet technical requirements.
Automatic: the use of advanced computer process control PLC, according to the set of process requirements, the whole process of production and operation control, comes with CIP cleaning procedures for automatic cleaning.
Semi-automatic: the whole process of running operations are semi-automatic control. Operator from the control panel for each pump, valve and functions to control reflux. PID temperature control to maintain the sterilization temperature. Sterilization temperature recorder with a continuous record.
