Applicable Scope:The KCM Series Equipment can be used as the coasting of large-area high-Precision Screen emulsion.

1. The equipment has a degree of Automation,the human-computer interface of the touch-screen can be operated even by professionaltechnicians,and high quality and high precision screen can be produced.
2. The parameters for the thickness and speed of emulsion coating,the obverse and reversed coating times and the single sided or double-sided coating can be set in the touch-screen.
3. The coating progress can monitor the automatic monitoring times,after the times are set,the machine will stop automatically and release singles,so the real-time observation is unnecessary for the operators.
4. The machine adopts a double precision screen matching fine-tuning,and the precision for screen with any size of tension can be adjusted easily.
5. Imported aluminum alloy materials are adopted for the scraping chute,after being processed especially,and the ware resistance of the chute opening is high without easy bending and oxidation.
