IV.PEP Characters:

1.Turntable system is adopted which is not only easy to operation, but also stable.

2.Global famous brand spare parts (electrical and temperature control system, slideway, cylinder,magnetic valve, etc) are adopted for key positions which is not only guarantee machine performance but also extend lifetime.

3. Alignment control of saw: Normally saw is held by bearings during welding, when bearings are under heating for long time, gap will becomes bigger and it’s not only effect alignment but also difficult for operators to control the gap (if gap is too small, bearing can’t move smoothly and saw can’t rotate.) Here we use two pieces of high accuracy stainless steel plate to avoid this problem; structure issimilar as “saw holding” system on sawtooth grinding machine. This system isn’t only easy to control alignment.
