What the machine can do can do?

Auto creaser/perforator is executed with a specialized tool, that is easily exchanged in the machine body by sliding in or out.

Why crease
On digital print, the paper grain will need to be gently broken to allow a clean fold, otherwise unsightly cracks will appear. The bar creaser allows you to gently do this to allow for a perfect crack-free fold.

Why Perforater

When paper product is need to be tore by hand, the tearing will become unpredictable for the fibers distributes with no regular. The perforation will initially weaken the fiber links in a way, and regular the tearing to wanted shapes such as stamps.

FEATURES of CONTROL PANEL UNIT

The control panel unit is normally located on the feeder module. And the LCD touch screen is for all functions. It can display 92 nameable memories and offers 2 speeds; several language options (GERMAN/FRENCH).the Software is expandable to accept other modules later on. The touch screen panel is delivered with protective plastic film.

Power: 12v dc 25w from feeder power supply.
