1.Applications:

1. Auto Capsule Filler is designed and further improved on the base of original full automatic capsule filling machine from both home and aboard. With high technology and exclusive performance, it has reached international leading level. It is ideal equipment for capsule and medicine in pharmaceutical industry which is in full compliance with GMP requirements. Auto Capsule Filler adopts multi-bore dosing, intermittent motion and frequency control. It is suitable for automatically completing capsule feeding, separating, filling, (wastecapsule rejecting), closing, finished product ejecting for powder or micro pill medicine in capsule. NJP series Auto Capsule Filler owns functions of password input, parameter setting, data printing, resetting.

2.Newest Structure of Auto Capsule Filler :

Its characteristics are full-closed type ten position rotating table, high precision, low noise and high adaptability to domestic machine-made capsule; and soon the key parts of the bearing and electrical equipment adopting international famous brand, performance stability and can be run at a high speed.

3.All parts contacting the medicine powder are made of quality stainless steel, with dust collector device and up to GMP standard requirements.

2. Performance and Characteristic:

1. Small volume, low consumption of energy, simplification in changing modules. Easy operating and cleaning.

2. Adopt Fugexan eliminating Ma’s trough roller to transmit, less vibration, its noise is lower than 75Db while running at top speed. Dose difference is controlled within±3%.

3. The rate of capsule filling is>99%.

4. The turning-around parts are in full closure, having excellent lubricating conditions. Without old spot on the working bench, avoiding the cross pollution with medicines. Around the dose dish are fixed with shelter, which can reduce the medicine powder cast from under the dish through another pipe.

5. Meanwhile, it can reduce the dust on the surface of the bench.

6. Adopt the man-machine interface (including PLC programming controller, crystal screen displaying the output per minute, accumulative output, dynamic empty capsule and medicine powder state, alarming for lacking of capsule and insufficient medicine powder stop, problem shooting display and so on) It has communication thermal.
