Process

With years of technical research, introduction of advanced foreign technique, Huada has independently developed AUT centrifuges with large disposal capacity in pharmacy and chemical industry. This product owns several patents.

Applications

After six years' application and improvement, the technique has become mature, its reliability is good. This product has got customer's wide good comments. Design Features

♦Top-mounted motor direct driving, rotary center of the drive and basket coinciding with the center of the centrifuge, offering stable operation.

♦Liquid damping isolators, no installation foundation, which facilitates operation and maintenance.

♦Rigidly joint between base and case, offering simple and compact construction.

♦Independent bearing seat, large bearing support span, low basket gravity center, larger carrying capacity.

♦Driving without belt, ensures no friction dust.

♦Fully-automatic operation program control, ensuring reliable and safe operation.

♦Nitrogen protection system is available for explosion-proof application.

♦Option of platform base or three-column base

♦Feed type: Side feed through single or multiple nozzles

♦Scraper discharge: pneumatic or hydraulic

Motor drive: Common motor and explosion-proof motor

♦Safety protection: Nitrogen protection system, explosion and vibration protection, electric -mechanical interlocking and overload protection

♦Surface treatment: Mirror finishing, matt finishing, and dulling

♦Discharge hopper: optional opening size and height

♦Residual solid cake treatment: Gas counter-blowing and gas bowl device on scraper

♦Program control: Programmable control and cake layer controller

♦Nitrogen protection system: Automatic nitrogen supply device, hydraulic sealing device and gas-liquid separator
