Main Features

1.PLC control is applied with programs which can be designed, automaticoperation can be realized even without wrker at the physical field, Feeding, preliminary filter, washing, precise filter, descharge can be supervised during the full procedure.

2.Started by frequency modulator, the start of the machine is stable, the separation coeffecient is adjustable.

3.The motor is up placed directly connected type to avoid frictional powder brought by belt transmission.

4.Large capacity, high output, the production efficiency is therefore increased.

5.Power consumption brake, non-contact type brake mode, no frictional powder pollution.

6..The full sealing parts have applied silicon rubber or fluorine rvbber. Nitrogen protection system is applied in the inside part of the centrifugal machine, sealing and explosion prevention requirements can be realized.

7.Reasonable structure design, on line washing system(spraying system) guarantee the clean extent requirement and GMP norm can be corresponded to.

8.Pneumatic system is applied to keep sanitary and clean.

9.Frequency emission material procedure control.

10.Pneumatic auxiliary scraper can be chosen, there is no remaining jam in the rotating drum after discharge.

Structures & Principles

1.Structure: Feeding pipe,washing pipe, observation window, exhaust hole, inspection &repair hole,lightening hole have been applied in the turning over cover of the outshell.The sealing structure, rotating drum and outshell, turning over cover are all made of stainless steel(SUS304),machine chassis parts are made of cast material, the surface is covered with stainless steel.The rotating drum.inside and outside surfaces of the outshell, the exposed parts of the machine have all been polish treated.
2.All tightening parts are made of stainless steel.
3.DLC control is applied.
