Main structure and working principle

Main structure: ZFY series inverse well drilling rig (AT series raise borer) generally consists of two parts: the host part and assembly parts.

1.1 Part of the host

The host part comprises of frame, hydraulic pump station and the operation control system. Therack is frame structure, inside provides with power water tap, under the action of hydraulic cylinder the power tap move up and down along the slide rail of the framework, hydraulic pump station and the operation control system are used to drive rig operation, in order to achieve different requirements of drilling technology in different conditions.

1: The wide using geological scope: suitable for various rock hardness F3 - F14, for the hard rock F12 ~ 14 (compressive strength of 1200 ~ 1400kg/cm2) can be custom-made to meet the special cutter breaking rock.
